1. If the starting current is too large, it is recommended to reduce the voltage for high-power FRP axial flow fan.
2. If the load of FRP axial-flow fan is too large (especially centrifugal fan), adjust the pipe air inlet or air outlet regulating valve to Z small. The switch capacity is small, or the setting value of thermal protector is too small.
3. When the impeller rotates in the opposite direction, the correct rotation direction of the impeller shall be adjusted in time. The poor contact or phase loss of the incoming line.
4. Poor function of the accessories of the control box, or poor line contact to the fan cause phase loss, lack of grid capacity and low voltage.
5. The wiring is not normal. After a period of operation, the power is cut off due to the heating at the junction.
6. The rotation speed of FRP axial flow fan does not match and is too high. Motor wiring fault. Most of them are connected with the line.
