General knowledge notice for fan installation and use

I. installation and use of fan

1. Before installation, check all parts of the fan. Whether the parts are complete, whether the rotation direction of impeller and casing is consistent, whether the parts are closely connected, whether the main parts such as impeller, main shaft and bearing are damaged, whether the transmission group is flexible, etc. If any problem is found, it shall be repaired and adjusted immediately.

2. During installation, pay attention to the inspection of the casing. There shall be no tools and sundries falling into and left in the casing. On some joint surfaces, in order to prevent rust and reduce the difficulty of disassembly, some lubricating grease or mechanical oil shall be coated. The joint surface of the fan and the foundation shall be adjusted when the air inlet and outlet pipes are connected to make them match naturally, and the forced connection is not allowed, and the weight of the pipes shall not be added to all parts of the fan Pay attention to the horizontal position of the fan.

3. Installation requirements:

(1) install according to the position and size shown in the drawing. In particular, ensure the gap between the air inlet and the impeller.

(2) for V-belt drive, the groove corresponding to the main shaft V-belt pulley and the motor V-belt pulley shall not be misplaced. After the tape is applied, the safety cover shall be installed (self-made by the user)

(3) in case of coupling transmission, the non parallelism of fan main shaft and motor shaft shall not exceed 0.05mm.

(4) when installing the regulating valve, pay attention not to install it reversely, and ensure that the air inlet direction is consistent with the rotation direction of the impeller.

(5) after installation, try to turn the transmission unit to check whether it is too tight or collides with the fixed part. If you find something wrong, you should adjust it.

4. Test run of fan:

After all the installations are completed and the general inspection is qualified, the test run can be carried out. In order to prevent the motor from burning due to overload, it must be carried out without load (closing the gate or regulating valve in the air inlet pipe) during the start-up and test run of the fan. If it is in good condition, then gradually open the flue or regulating valve for continuous operation test under normal working condition (specified total pressure and flow) with full load. The test run time of new installation shall not be less than 2 hours, and that of repair installation shall not be less than half an hour. If there is no abnormal phenomenon, it can be used formally. The selected power of induced draft fan refers to the power consumption of self cooling air panel and the reserve capacity under specific working conditions, which is not the power of fan when the damper is fully open. Therefore, do not fully open the damper when it is used (except for the resistance of pipeline). During the operation, the current shall be strictly controlled, which shall not exceed the rated value of motor, otherwise the motor will be burnt.

II. Fan maintenance

In order to ensure the normal operation and performance of the fan, it is necessary to strengthen the maintenance of the fan.

1. According to the specific conditions of use, regularly remove the dust and dirt in the fan, especially at the blades, and prevent corrosion.

2. The lubricating oil in the bearing box shall be replaced once in about six months under normal conditions, except for the replacement during machine repair.

3. Check whether the bearing temperature is normal during operation, and the bearing temperature rise shall be less than 40 ℃.

4. During the start-up, shutdown or operation of the fan, if any abnormal condition is found, it shall be repaired immediately.

5. In order to ensure the personal safety, the maintenance of the fan shall be carried out when parking.

III. causes of faults in fan operation

1. The fan vibrates violently:

(1) friction between casing or air inlet and impeller;

(2) the rigidity of the foundation is not enough or firm;

(3) the impeller rivet is loose or the shaft plate is deformed;

(4) impeller shaft plate and shaft are loose;

(5) the connecting bolts of casing and bracket, bearing seat and bracket, bearing seat and bearing cover are loose;

(6) resonance occurs due to poor installation of fan outlet pipe;

(7) there is dust and dirt on the blade, and the rotor is unbalanced;

(8) the blade is worn and the impeller is deformed;

(9) for coupling direct drive, the fan shaft and motor shaft are not concentric, the coupling is skewed, and the coupling bolt is loose. What the belt drives is the misplacement of the pulley groove.

2. Too high temperature rise of bearing:

(1) the bolts of the air-cooled plate are loose, which causes the self cooling failure or too much dust and dirt on the air-cooled plate to be removed;

(2) the bearing pedestal vibrates violently;

(3) the quality of lubricating grease is poor, which is deteriorated or filled too much or contains dust, sand, dirt and other impurities;

(4) the tightening force of connecting bolt of bearing cover is too large or too small;

(5) the shaft and rolling bearing are installed askew, and the front and rear shafts are not concentric;

(6) the shaft is bent or the rolling bearing is damaged.

3. Motor current is too high or temperature rise is too high:

(1) the gate in the inlet (outlet) gas pipe is not closed tightly during start-up;

(2) the flow exceeds the specified value or the air duct leaks;

(3) the air density conveyed by the fan is too high or the temperature is too low, so that the pressure is too high;

(4) the spindle speed exceeds the rated value;

(5) the input voltage of the motor is too low or the single-phase power supply is cut off;

(6) affected by the deterioration of parallel fans;

(7) the coupling is not properly connected, the rubber ring is too tight or the gap is uneven;

(8) it is affected by the violent vibration of bearing pedestal.

4. Angle belt sliding: the positions of two triangular belt sheaves are not in the middle line of each other

5. The angle belt is too loose: the angle belt is worn and stretched so that the angle belt is too loose. The length of the middle belt between the two triangular belt wheels is not commensurate. The distance between the motor on the motor slide rail and the main shaft should be adjusted.
